Hello there.

The anticipation and the excitement has been building up for quite some time, and tech enthusiasts around the world are eagerly counting down the days to September 12th, 2023. Why?

Because that’s when Apple is set to host its annual fall event, where they traditionally unveil their latest and greatest products.

Apple’s events have become a global phenomenon, with millions tuning in to see what innovations the tech giant has in store for us each year. In this blog, I’ll take you on a journey through the rumour mill or the final leaks that are doing the rounds and provide insights into what you can expect from this year’s Apple Event 2023.

But before we get there, here’s how you can watch the Apple Event live on your Mac, iPhone, Apple TV or even PC.

How to watch Apple Event 2023

The best way to watch the event is to watch on Apple’s own website. Apple’s special events page has all the info you need, including the option to add it to your calendar.

What time does the Apple Event 2023 start ?

Apple event is on Tuesday September 12, 2023 and it will start at 10 a.m. Pacific time.

Here’s what that translates to in the countries where most of our readers live:

  • U.S.: 10 a.m. (PDT), 11 a.m. (MDT), 12 p.m. (CDT), 1 p.m. (EDT)
  • U.K.: 6 p.m. (BST)
  • Europe: 7 p.m. (CEST)
  • Canada: 10 a.m. (PDT), 11 a.m. (MDT), 12 p.m. (CDT), 1 p.m. (EDT), 2 p.m. (ADT)
  • India: 10.30 p.m. (IST)
  • Singapore and China: The following day at 1 a.m.
  • Australia: The following day at 1 a.m. (AWST), 2.30 a.m. (ACST), 3 a.m. (AEST)
  • New Zealand: The following day at 5 a.m. (NZST)

The event will probably last about two hours.

Now back to our main topic.

One of the highlights of any Apple event is the announcement of new iPhone models. In 2023, we can expect Apple to introduce the successors to the iPhone 14 series. While the specifications are a closely guarded secret, there are some exciting rumors circulating.

Apple seems to be, going all out with the iPhone 15 Pros: record-breaking bezels, a new chassis material called Titanium, Thunderbolt 4 USB-C ports, the first 3nm smartphone chip in the A17 and the Pro Max’s aforementioned periscopic zoom camera. Battery life should also get a big boost.

On the other hand, the features of the cheaper models should remain the same except for the introduction of dynamic island that was otherwise reserved for the pro Models. Also, we can expect different shades of iPhone for the Pro models as shown in the Wonderlust Event image.

Another intriguing rumour points towards the introduction of a new iPhone model called Ultra, claiming to be the most expensive iPhone ever sold.

Plus there shall be announcements related to new Watch and iPad models. More on that later.

But the catch this year seems to be the steep price hike for the Pro models which could be a potential downside for prospective buyers wanting to upgrade. You pay more if you expect more. As always, it seems to be the perfect Apple trap.

Final Thoughts

These are some of the features we expect to see in the upcoming iPhone 15.
